KAREN SAFER

I am a photographic artist and poet living at edge of the Pacific Ocean, given camera & crayons at 3 by scholarly-minded parents encouraging art, education and travel. I studied painting, developed photos in college, received a master’s art degree, career in design/architecture, 500+ exhibits, 410+ awards, traveled 233+ territories. I embrace EVERYTHING from ancients to Cindy Sherman. I drink in color but venerate black and white. I am a “romantic soul” with intellectual cravings living in a Digital World.
